Congratulations to Victor for recently passing his driver's test! After having his permit and studying, with encouragement from his facilitator, Ms. Malenga, for the test and some behind-the-wheel training from mom, Victor has passed his driver's testing. Although there were road blocks for Victor, he remained positive and persistent! Way to go Victor!
